What counts as standard wording?
Standard wording is a suitable name, age, date or short message added to an existing design direction. It does not mean unlimited design changes or unlimited text.
Can I request a more bespoke design?
Want to change more? Tell us your idea on WhatsApp and we'll confirm what's possible and any additional cost before you order.
How does personalisation work?
Start with a real Signature style or your own idea. Share the occasion, wording, colour direction, quantity and required date on WhatsApp. We will confirm what is possible before you pay.
How do I place an order?
Message Signature Cookies on WhatsApp. We confirm the design direction, price, delivery or collection, and any bespoke requirements. Full payment is then made in advance by payment link or bank transfer.
Does a WhatsApp message confirm my order?
No. A message begins an enquiry. Your order is confirmed only after the details are agreed and full payment, including any delivery charge, has been received.
How can I pay?
After the order details and final total are agreed, Signature Cookies provides a payment link or bank-transfer instructions. Full payment is required in advance.
How far ahead should I order?
Please allow approximately 3–5 days. Availability depends on the design, quantity and required date, so we confirm timing with every order.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. Nationwide UK delivery starts from £5.95. Delivery charges and timing are confirmed with the order.
Can I collect in Birmingham?
Collection available from our kitchen in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Order and arrange your collection with us on WhatsApp.
What if I need cookies sooner?
Ask on WhatsApp and availability can be checked. Same-day, next-day and fixed short-notice delivery are not guaranteed.
Can I order for a wedding, Nikkah or larger event?
Yes. Share the occasion, date, quantity, wording and design direction on WhatsApp. Larger orders may need more production time and are confirmed individually.
Can you create branded corporate cookies?
Corporate enquiries can cover client gifting, teams, events, launches, PR and suitable branded design requests. Artwork, capability, quantity and price are confirmed for each brief.
Can you recreate a design from Instagram?
Use a real-work reference to show the style you like. Handmade products vary and exact recreation is not promised; we will confirm a suitable direction for your order.
What allergen information is available?
Tell us about any food allergy or intolerance before payment. Relevant order-specific allergen information will be provided before the purchase is completed and with the order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact Signature Cookies promptly with the order details and clear photographs where practical. The issue will be assessed and the remedy required by law will be provided.
Can I cancel a personalised order?
Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to clearly personalised goods. Contact us immediately; any outcome depends on work and materials already committed, without affecting rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
