Our cookies are made to order. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us during the WhatsApp-assisted ordering process and before the order is confirmed. The current allergen information relevant to the proposed order can then be provided and discussed.

Providing this information does not by itself mean that a product will be suitable for a particular allergy or intolerance. Suitability depends on the ingredients and handling relevant to the proposed order.

This website does not claim that products are nut free, gluten free, vegan, dairy free, egg free, halal or vegetarian. Ingredients, decorations, suppliers and cross-contact controls must be checked against the actual proposed order.

Do not rely on colour, appearance, an inspiration photograph or a generic cookie description when making an allergy decision.

Relevant current allergen information is provided before the order is finalised. Written allergen information accompanies every completed order, whether it is delivered or collected.

If an ingredient or decoration substitution is proposed, its allergen implications are checked before the order proceeds.

Signature Cookies maintains ingredient and allergen sheets for its products. Ingredient substitutions, relevant allergen implications and cross-contact handling form part of the operational process used for each proposed order.

Cross-contact cannot be assessed from appearance alone, and no allergen-free guarantee is made. Precautionary “may contain” wording must follow a real risk assessment and is not used as a generic disclaimer.
